Concept Design

Initial design concepts are developed through sketches, mood boards, and preliminary studies. Multiple options are presented.

Design Development

Selected concept is refined with detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and material selections. Client feedback is incorporated.

Construction Documentation

Complete technical drawings and specifications are prepared for construction, including all necessary approvals and permits.

Tender & Contractor Selection

We assist in contractor selection, tender documentation, and contract negotiation to ensure quality and value.
